On Wednesday, Oleksandr Lavrynovych launched parliamentary hearings on the topic "Current Conditions and Prospects of Development of Agriculture and Food Industry in Ukraine". Oleksandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, called for holding productive negotiations to enhance Ukrainian legislation that regulates development of national agriculture.
According to the First Vice-Chairman, a number of matters in the agriculture are to be settled immediately. Oleksandr Lavrynovych called on the participants of the parliamentary hearings with a request to boost domestic consumer´s market, so that "agrarian sector will become a crucial motive force for the overcoming of economic crisis in Ukraine".
